Before You Upload Your DTF Gang Sheet

To ensure the best print quality and avoid delays, please review the checklist below before placing your order:

File Setup
Use PNG format with a transparent background

Resolution should be 300 DPI for sharp results

Make sure your design is sized correctly (actual print size)

Avoid screenshots or low-quality images

Design Layout
Combine all designs into one gang sheet if possible

Leave enough spacing between designs for cutting

Do not overlap artwork or place elements too close

Color & Background
Colors will print as submitted (no automatic color correction)

Remove unwanted backgrounds before uploading

Double-check black vs transparent areas

Text & Details
Small text should be thick enough to print clearly

Avoid extremely fine lines or tiny details

Important Notes

DTF Transfer Instructions

Follow these steps to achieve the best results when applying your DTF transfers:

Step 1: Prepare Your Garment
Make sure the garment is clean and dry

Pre-press for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles

Step 2: Position the Transfer
Place the DTF transfer on the garment (design facing up)

Align the design in the correct position

Step 3: Heat Press
Temperature: 300°F (150°C)
Time: 10–15 seconds
Pressure: Medium to firm pressure

Step 4: Cool & Peel
Allow the transfer to cool down

Peel the film carefully

Step 5: Final Press (Recommended)
Cover with parchment paper or Teflon sheet

Press again for 3–5 seconds

Wait 24 hours before washing
Turn garment inside out
Wash with cold water
Do not bleach
Tumble dry low or air dry
Do not iron directly on the design
