Standard production is 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders (same day, 24-hour, or 48-hour) are available for an additional fee with limited daily slots. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to confirm rush availability.
Do you work with faith-based and Christian organizations?
Yes — and it's one of our specialties. Pro Goodie Promotion is a Christian-owned, faith-driven company. What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order requirement. We can produce a single custom piece or 1,000+ in a bulk run. Bulk pricing discounts start at 24 pieces and improve with quantity.
Is there a fee for design help or mockups?
No. Every order includes a free digital mockup and logo optimization. If you have a rough idea, a theme, or just text and colors in mind, we can turn it into a print-ready design at no extra cost.
What printing methods do you offer?
We offer DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, screen printing, embroidery, and engraving. DTF is best for full-color detailed designs. Screen printing offers the best per-piece price for larger bulk runs with simple designs. Embroidery is ideal for polos, hats, jackets, and professional uniforms.
Do you ship outside of San Diego?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States. Most California orders arrive within 1–2 business days after production. We also offer local same-day pickup at our Rancho Bernardo / San Diego location.
