Return and Refund Policy

For custom products: please note all customized products are not returnable or refundable. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

For printing/embroidery consumable supplies: 

If your progoodiepromotion.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within one months (30 days) of purchase. To return an item, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Please also follow the return procedures, otherwise, your return will not be processed on time. 

Return Procedures:

1. Prior to requesting, please double check the merchandise packing status: the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Request a return by emailing us, please include the following information in your email thread: your name, order number, return item name & SKU & quantity, the reason to return, shipping address, contact info: phone number. 
3. Waiting approval & we will issue a return shipping label. 
4. Please allow us 7-10 business days to process your request once receive your package.
5. Get your refund either through original payment or store credit.
