Billing & Payment Policies

At Pro Goodie Promotion, we aim to make ordering custom apparel and promotional products simple, transparent, and secure. Please review the following billing and payment policies before placing your order.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay / Show Now (where available)
  • Bank transfer / ACH (for approved business accounts and large orders)
  • Company checks (approved accounts only; production may begin after funds clear)

All orders must be paid in full or have an approved payment arrangement before production begins.


2. Currency & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Confirmed written quotes will be honored for their stated validity period.

3. Quotes & Validity

  • Written quotes are valid for 7–14 calendar days unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing may change after the quote expires.
  • To lock in pricing, payment or written approval must be received within the validity period.

4. Deposits & Prepayment Requirements

Because all custom products require preparation and materials, prepayment or a deposit is required before production:

  • Orders under $5000: 100% payment required.
  • Orders $5000 or more: 50% deposit required to begin production; remaining balance due before pickup or shipment.
  • Rush orders, large-volume orders, or specialized print methods may require full prepayment.

5. Sales Tax

Sales tax may apply to:

  • Orders shipped from California
  • Orders picked up at our San Diego location

Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid exemption documentation before invoicing. Without documentation, tax will be charged and cannot be removed retroactively.


6. Invoices & Receipts

  • A digital invoice or order confirmation will be emailed upon placing an order.
  • A payment receipt is generated automatically for online and in-store transactions.
  • Detailed invoices for corporate documentation are available upon request.

7. Purchase Orders & Corporate Accounts

For schools, businesses, and approved organizations:

  • Official purchase orders (POs) may be accepted for qualifying orders.
  • Payment terms (Net 15 / Net 30) require approval and may include a credit application.
  • Overdue invoices may result in the suspension of open terms or require full prepayment for future orders.

8. Payment Due Dates & Late Payments

  • Prepaid orders: payment due at checkout.
  • Deposit orders: remaining balance due before pickup or shipment.
  • Net-term accounts: payment due by the invoice due date.
  • Late payments may incur fees and delay future production.

9. Order Changes & Additional Charges

  • Changes to artwork, quantity, size breakdown, or print method after payment may affect pricing.
  • Additional fees (rush upgrades, added prints, extra services) will be invoiced separately.
  • Reprints or additional quantities count as new orders.

10. Refunds, Cancellations & Credits

  • Custom products are not eligible for full refunds once production has started.
  • Cancellations before production may incur artwork, setup, or restocking fees.
  • If there is an error on our part, we will resolve it through reprint, partial refund, or store credit.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • If you believe there is an issue with billing, contact us first for rapid resolution.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in delayed service or suspension of future orders.

12. Payment Security

  • All online payments use secure, PCI-compliant gateways.
  • We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
