At Pro Goodie Promotion, your satisfaction is our top priority. Because most of our products are custom-made or personalized, we have a strict yet fair return and refund policy to ensure quality, fairness, and transparency.
🛑 Custom & Personalized Orders – No Returns or Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products (including but not limited to DTF prints, embroidered items, personalized T-shirts, and POD orders), we do not accept returns or issue refunds once production has started.
We will gladly remake or replace any order if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- We made a production error (wrong size, color, design, spelling, or item)
- The package was lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier
Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

📦 Non-Custom Products (Supplies, Equipment, Accessories)
For non-customized items such as DTF supplies, embroidery tools, or blank apparel, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
📬 Fulfillment Services (POD / White Label / Wholesale)
All fulfillment services are considered final upon order confirmation and production start. If an issue arises due to quality or a fulfillment mistake, please report it within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We’ll assess the situation and offer a partial refund, store credit, or reprint as appropriate.
💳 Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not started.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
🕐 Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
