Apply →How the Apparel Grant Works
Applications are reviewed based on eligibility, community impact, intended use, available inventory and program budget.
- Submit your application. Tell us about your organization, mission, who you serve and how the apparel will be used.
- Provide verification. Submit requested documentation, such as a 501(c)(3) determination letter or proof of school, church or ministry status.
- Monthly review. We review eligible applications and may contact finalists for clarification or project details.
- Recipient selection. Up to one organization may be selected per calendar month. Selection is not guaranteed.
- Apparel confirmation. The recipient selects from approved apparel options, subject to availability and the written award terms.
- Pickup or shipping. San Diego-area pickup may be available. Shipping, delivery and expedited freight are paid by the recipient.
What to include: Legal organization name, website, primary contact, eligibility documentation, community impact statement, intended apparel use, estimated quantity and sizes, preferred apparel type and event or need-by date. Artwork or a logo may be included if available.

How much is the grant?
A selected organization may receive up to $200 in eligible apparel through Pro Goodie Promotion. The award is merchandise only, is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
How many recipients are selected?
Pro Goodie Promotion may select up to one recipient per calendar month. We may choose not to issue an award if no application meets the requirements or the monthly budget is unavailable.
Is shipping included?
No. Shipping, delivery, expedited freight and related charges are excluded. San Diego-area pickup may be offered when available. Applicable charges must be paid before the order is released.
Does the $200 include customization?
The apparel and decoration included will be stated in the recipient's written award confirmation. Specialty decoration, digitizing, artwork, names or numbers, premium brands, oversized apparel, rush production and other upgrades may cost extra unless expressly included.
Is every qualified applicant guaranteed an award?
No. Eligibility allows an organization to apply but does not guarantee selection. Awards are discretionary and subject to verification, inventory, production capacity and available program funds.
Can a previous recipient apply again?
Previous recipients must wait 12 months from their award date before applying again.
Can the grant be used for an urgent event?
The program is not intended for guaranteed rush deadlines. Production begins only after the recipient accepts the written terms, pays any excluded charges and approves all project details.
