- Standard processing: 1–2 business days.
- Orders requiring artwork approval begin production after final approval.
- Delays may occur during peak seasons or high-volume periods.
2. Production Time
- DTF Printing: 1–3 business days.
- Embroidery: 2–3 business days.
- Promotional Products: 7–14 business days (varies by warehouse locations).
- Rush options available on select items.
3. Shipping Methods
- We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
- Tracking number is provided once the order ships.
4. Local Pickup
- Local pickup available for select products.
- Please wait for “Ready for Pickup” notification before coming.
5. Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.).
- Delivery time = Processing + Production + Shipping.
- Carrier delays and weather conditions may affect transit times.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address.
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
- Report issues within 5 business days of receiving your package.
- Include photos of damaged items or packaging when applicable.
- We will assist with replacement or carrier claims when possible.
8. International Shipping
- Available for select products.
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Changes or Cancellations
- Changes can only be made before production begins.
- Custom-made products cannot be canceled once printing or embroidery starts.
