4. Artwork Size & Dimensions
Before sending artwork, please make sure:

- Use 22" width or 12" width (depending on the sheet size you select).
- Leave at least 0.2 inches (5 mm) of spacing between each design.
- For embroidery:
- Left chest logo: typically 3–4 inches wide
- Hat/front logo: typically 1.8–2.3 inches tall
- Large back design: typically 9–12 inches wide
If you are unsure about sizing, you can upload your artwork and we will assist with layout during proofing.
5. Common Issues to Avoid
To prevent delays and quality issues, please avoid submitting artwork with:
- Blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution images
- Screenshots or compressed social media images
- Watermarked images you do not have rights to use
- Gradients and shadows for embroidery designs
- Very thin lines or extremely small text
- Overly complex details at very small sizes
If your artwork needs adjustment or cleanup, our team can help (artwork fees may apply).
6. AI-Generated Artwork (MidJourney, DALL·E, Canva, etc.)
We accept AI-generated artwork as long as:
- The resolution is high (preferably 300 DPI at print size).
- There is no distortion in important elements such as faces or logos.
- Text is clear and legible.
- The background is removed when needed (PNG with transparency).
We will always provide a layout proof before printing your AI-generated designs.
7. Artwork Proofing Process
Before production begins, we follow this process:

- We prepare the design for the selected print method (DTF, embroidery, screen printing, etc.).
