📦 Processing & Production Time
Most custom orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Fulfillment time may vary depending on order size, customization method (e.g., embroidery, DTF, digitizing), and current production volume.
Rush services are available for an additional fee — please contact us for same-day or next-day fulfillment requests.
🚚 Shipping Options
We ship orders across the United States via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery speed.
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Local Delivery (San Diego Only): Available upon request

We offer FREE same-day pickup from our local warehouse for eligible orders. You’ll receive a notification via email or text when your order is ready for pickup.

🔎 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. For assistance with delivery issues, email us at info@progoodiepromotion.com.
🌍 POD Fulfillment & Bulk Orders
For print-on-demand (POD), white label, and wholesale orders, production and delivery timeframes may vary depending on volume and shipping destination. We offer drop shipping directly to your customers with a neutral label if requested.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses. If your order appears lost or stuck in transit, please contact us — we will help initiate an investigation with the carrier.
💵 Free Shipping Offer
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $200 (before tax & discounts). This applies only to non-bulk custom apparel orders shipped to a single address.
