Order Youth S through Adult 3XL in the same batch. Size mixing does not affect your per-piece price as long as the same design is used.

Want the same design on black, white, and gray shirts? You can mix garment colors within one order using DTF printing at no extra cost.

Every order is different. Here are the six key factors that determine your final price — understanding these helps you get the most accurate quote and the best value for your budget.
Quantity
The single biggest factor. More pieces = lower per-piece cost. Bulk discounts begin at 24 pieces and improve at 100, 250, and 500+ pieces. Ordering close to a tier break-point? It often makes sense to round up.
Print Method
DTF printing is the most versatile (any color, any quantity). Screen printing has lower per-piece costs at high volume with simple designs. Embroidery is priced by stitch count, not color. We'll recommend the best method for your project.
Garment Brand & Style
A Gildan 64000 tee costs less than a Bella+Canvas 3001 or Next Level. Performance fabrics, tri-blends, and premium brands add cost per piece. We'll match the garment to your budget and quality needs.
Number of Print Locations
A single front-chest logo costs less than a front + full-back design. Each additional print location adds cost. For embroidery, each placement (chest, sleeve, back) is priced separately.
Design Complexity
For screen printing: more colors = more screens = higher cost. For embroidery: more stitches = longer run time = higher cost. DTF printing is not affected by color count — same price whether your design has 1 color or 20.
Turnaround Time
Standard production (3–5 business days) is included in base pricing. Rush production (same-day, 24-hour, 48-hour) adds a rush fee on top of your order total. Planning ahead saves money.
Pricing Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any hidden fees or setup charges?
No. We do not charge setup fees, screen fees, color separation fees, or design fees on standard orders. The price we quote is the price you pay. The only additional charges that may apply are rush fees (for expedited production) and shipping costs if you choose delivery over pickup.
Is the digital mockup really free?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof showing exactly how your design will look on the garment — colors, placement, sizing. We don't start production until you approve it. No charge for mockup revisions either — we'll adjust until you're happy.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order requirement. You can order a single custom piece or 10,000. That said, bulk pricing discounts begin at 24 pieces — so ordering at least 24 gives you the first significant per-piece savings.
How do I get an exact price for my order?
The fastest way is to call us at 858-304-0188 — we respond with a same-day quote. You can also submit our online quote form. To get the most accurate quote, share: your design (or design idea), garment type and color, quantity, sizes needed, and your deadline.
Do you charge extra for mixing sizes or shirt colors?
No. You can mix sizes from Youth Small to Adult 3XL and mix garment colors within the same order at no extra cost, provided the same design is used across all pieces. Extended sizes (2XL and above) may have a garment cost surcharge depending on the brand.
Can I get a discount if I order regularly (monthly or quarterly)?
Yes. Clients who set up standing monthly or quarterly orders receive additional pricing advantages over one-time order rates. Many of our restaurant, gym, church, and corporate clients place repeat orders — ask about our standing order program when you request a quote.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping is not included in the pricing estimates above. Local pickup at our San Diego location is always free. For shipped orders, shipping cost depends on order size, weight, and destination — we'll include it in your final quote. Most California orders ship via ground for $10–$25 depending on quantity.
