How It Works
1. Pick the goal
Decide the dollar amount and what it funds: VBS, a mission trip, a building project.
2. Get your cost
Request a free quote. Your cost per shirt depends on garment, colors and quantity.
3. Set the price
Price above cost so the margin reaches your goal at a realistic sales number.
4. Take pre-orders
Sell with a sign-up sheet or online form so you only order what is sold, plus a few extras.
The simple profit formula
Profit = (selling price - cost per shirt) x shirts sold. Example only, not a quote: if a shirt costs you $12 and sells for $25, each sale raises $13. Selling 100 shirts would raise $1,300. Your real cost will differ by garment and print, so request a quote for exact numbers.
Larger quantities usually lower the cost per shirt, but only order as many as you can realistically sell. Pre-orders protect you from leftover stock.
Work backward from your event date
Allow time for the mockup and approval, 2-5 business days of bulk production, and shipping. Many groups order three to four weeks before they need shirts in hand, and earlier in busy seasons like VBS and Christmas.
