Pro Goodie Promotion Print-On-Demand (POD) Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pro Goodie Promotion’s Print-On-Demand (POD) services. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Service Overview

Pro Goodie Promotion provides custom-made products on demand, including but not limited to t-shirts, hats, mugs, stationery, and other personalized items. Customers may upload their own designs or use our design templates to create customized products. All items are made-to-order and are not part of general inventory.

2. Order Processing

• All orders enter the production workflow immediately upon confirmation and payment.
• POD products are custom-made; once production begins, orders cannot be modified or returned.
• Expedited production services are available where applicable; associated fees will be displayed at checkout.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the production layout process begins.
• If a cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before production layout begins, the order will be considered as having entered the production stage, and the customer will be charged the full price.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via our official email or website form. Pro Goodie Promotion will confirm the cancellation within 24 business hours.
• Image Quality Clause: If the uploaded design or image is of insufficient quality or clarity for production, Pro Goodie Promotion reserves the right to cancel the order. Customers will be notified and must provide an updated, high-resolution image within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in automatic order cancellation. All final interpretation rights belong solely to Pro Goodie Promotion.

4. Design and Copyright

• Customers must own all rights to the designs they upload.
• Pro Goodie Promotion is not responsible for copyright infringements arising from user-submitted designs.
• We reserve the right to refuse any design that infringes on copyrights or violates applicable laws.

5. Production and Delivery

• Production times vary depending on the product type and order quantity; standard production times will be displayed at checkout.
• While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Pro Goodie Promotion is not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to shipping delays, material shortages, or natural disasters.
• All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. Minor color variations or print discrepancies due to the custom nature of POD products are not considered defects.

6. Refunds and Returns

• Because POD products are custom-made, orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins, except for verified manufacturing defects.
• Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt with clear photos or videos.
• For eligible cancellations under the policy, refunds will be issued in full (excluding any processing fees or costs for already-produced items).

7. Liability Limitation

• Pro Goodie Promotion makes reasonable efforts to ensure product quality and timely delivery but is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
• Dissatisfaction caused by design errors, color variations, or technical limitations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed.

8. Terms Modifications

Pro Goodie Promotion reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
