1. Orders & Customization
What file types do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, PSD, and PDF files. Vector files are recommended for best results.
Can you help fix or clean up my artwork?
Yes, basic artwork cleanup is free. Advanced design services are available upon request.
Do you offer design proofing?
Yes, we provide layout proofs for approval before production begins.
2. Production & Turnaround Time
How long does DTF printing take?
Most DTF apparel orders are produced within 1–3 business days.
How long does embroidery take?
Embroidery orders typically take 2–4 business days depending on complexity.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes. Same-day or next-day rush service may be available for select items.
3. Shipping & Pickup
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available once your order is marked as “Ready for Pickup.”
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking is provided for all shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available for select products. Customs fees may apply.
4. Promotional Products
Do promotional products have minimum order quantities?
Yes. Most promotional items require a minimum quantity depending on the supplier.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Blank samples or printed samples are available upon request.
How long do promotional products take to produce?
Typically 7–14 business days plus shipping time.
5. POD Fulfillment Services
Do you offer white label shipping?
Yes. All POD orders ship under your brand with no Pro Goodie Promotion branding.
Can you integrate with Etsy, Shopify, and TikTok Shop?
Yes. We support automated or semi-automated workflows for major platforms.
Is there a monthly fee for POD?
No monthly fee for basic POD fulfillment. Storage and advanced integrations may have optional charges.
6. Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other supported payment methods at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can only be made before production begins. Custom items cannot be canceled once printed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 5 days with photos and your order number. We will help resolve the issue promptly.
